Oil palm trunks are wasted amount 30 million tons in Malaysia and Indonesia which are about 100,000,000 cubic meters (㎥).
We will use them as a raw material for building materials. This also matches SDGs.

After compression, the strength characteristics such as bending strength, surface hardness and wear resistance are improved especially compared to before compression.
10mm thick plate can be compressed to 3 mm. We will provide products with compression ratio according to application and usage condition Products of our compression technology will not return to the original even if it is attached in water. Expansion and shrinkage is also suppressed without impairing the humidity control function due to moisture absorption and release.
Compression processing of Palmholtz is done for a long time with high temperature and high pressure in a press machine. Since the whole is uniformly compressed, the hardness of the board improves and the shape persists permanently.
